As a wholesaler, retail shop owner, reconstruction designer, design house sample buyer, or media production stylist, when purchasing merchandise you want the best possible quality at the best possible price. This is our goal. In order to do so, you have two options:
1) You can visit sunny Los Angeles, and come to our warehouse (which is easily accessible from LAX, Downtown LA, and the 110 & 105 Freeways) where you will be able to hand select each item you would like to purchase from our incredibly clean, organized and well managed showroom.
2) Place an order by phone, fax, or email upon which one of our talented team members will hand pick your order making sure to do our very best to meet all of your requests, specifications, descriptions, etc. within the availability of our merchandise.
For either one of these options you will be paying by the piece. The price of items can vary due to the quantity of your order, and/ or the availability of the items chosen ( we often discount large orders ). We have an invested interest in your success, so we do strive to make all of our customers happy with the high quality of our merchandise as well as our competitive prices. (On certain items and occasions we do offer lbs. pricing, although this is not our standard procedure. Please contact us if you have questions about this matter.)
We do ship domestically, as well as internationally. For our domestic shipments we use UPS courier service, which has been reliable and efficient for our current customers. Internationally we use DHL, which has been the most dependable, and affordable service for our customers. For very large shipments we use a freight broker who provides us the best possible price available at that time. Basically, no matter where you are in the world we can get your merchandise to your front door within one week of ordering it. If you have your own account with a courier service there is no extra charge for arranging your own shipment pick-ups.
Payment terms will be determined on an individual basis. Whatever is the most efficient and affordable way to pay for both your company as well as ours will be used in that circumstance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
